Dear Ed & Family:

A letter well done and I am glad that things are beginning to progress for you. It certainly could have been much worse. I look forward to playing in your new club in the fall, if not sooner. Good luck.

Regards,

Thank you for the update, so glad no one was injured and my thoughts are with you as you begin the process to rebuild and have the courts active once again.

Wonderfully written. It captures the essence of the event and the divine intervention that allowed for not a single soul to be hurt. We look forward to seeing and playing in the new and improved TCT!
Sincerely,
Peter and Noah Rennert

Dear Ed, Janet, Jon, Jordan, & staff,
Thanks for your sensitive poignant letter and latest update on the future of TCT. I, along with many tennis friends, think of you often and still gasp when we drive by Rt. 111, TCT. Indeed a blessing & fortuitous foresight that you closed club that fateful Tuesday. Angels looking over us for sure.
I'm playing in Danbury with some of the Wednesday ladder ladies and thank you for helping arrange the facility. We're all behind you & support you in this reconstruction challenge. I will be passing along your website to other players in case they have not checked it.
Fond hugs to whole Pagano family, Masha

Ed,
The first time I drove by the club after the collapse I could not believe how terrible the destruction was. The thought that less than 24 hours earlier my husband had been playing there and I myself Monday morning was truly chilling. The fact that you chose to close the club Tuesday afternoon is miraculous and one can only think that somebody up there was looking out for us. I know many people who were supposed to be on those courts Tuesday night at 7:30. It is unimaginable what might have happened had you not made that decision. Thank you for doing so.

Ed, my thoughts have been with you and your family these past couple of weeks. As bad it was, I am so thankful, knowing that it could have been much worse. Our family has lived that philosphy as you well know the past five years. I wish you the best of luck in your new construction and look foward to playing in the new facility. You were truly blessed...and will continue to be.

Please know there is continued support for the Pagano family as you go through this difficult period. I have so much enjoyed the wonderful & therapeutic opportunity for great tennis at Tennis Club of Trumbull. It so saddens me to see the crumpled facility & have hopes you will rebuild. How can your loyal players and friends help? Let us know. And also thanks for facilitating arrangements at neighboring tennis clubs for us players. Best regards to all, Masha

Both of my kids played tennis at TCT and my youngest just left for college-- for the last 10 years I can only recall a very few days when the club was shut down-- what a miracle that it was closed when the roof caved in.

I am sure that you will come back stronger then ever-- thinking of all the TCT members , staff--etc.---doug newhouse
